  1. Reconnect Back With The Workplace
    Send some messages or call your colleagues on what is the latest updates at work. Do some advance preparation before your first day back in the office to make the transition smoother.
  2. Find a Reliable Childcare
    If you have the blessing of letting your parents help you then it is great news. Kids growing up with grandparents are amazing and you know your baby is in good care. If not, getting a good childcare center is a must. Try asking your friends or relatives that already have children. They can help you out!
  3. Prepare a Feeding Plan
    Decide before you return to work whether you intend to breastfeed full-time, part-time, or opt for formula. You might need to pump at work to maintain your milk supply and provide milk for your child while you’re away.
  4. Work From Home
    Due to the pandemic, many companies have now adopted the work-from-home operation. If your company allows it, please make use of it. This gives you the opportunity to be close to your baby! If you have to return to the office, please wear a mask at all times and sanitise your hands often.
  5. Prepare Yourself Mentally
    Your super mum and we believe you can do it! Stay positive and cheerful. Your colleagues and boss would love to help you back into the workplace.
